Hack: Unlock More Dig Sites
NOTE: The following will require you to edit game files, so make back-ups before proceeding.

This hack only allows you to unlock all dig sites on islands you haven’t explored. If you’ve landed on any island and started digging, that island is excluded from this hack. Locate FslHunt.ini in your drive letter:\jpog\data\ directory. Open the file using a text editor (like Notepad) and search for the line maxchosen. Set that value to 9. Save the file with an .ini extension.

Hack: More Site Teams
NOTE: The following will require you to edit game files, so make back-ups before proceeding.

This hack allows you to deal with the increased number of dig sites from the Dig Site Hack. Locate constant.ini in your drive letter:\jpog\data\ directory. Open the file using a text editor (like Notepad) and search for the lines FossilHuntStartNumteams and FossilHuntMaxNumTeams. Change both values to 99. Search for the line FossilStorageMaxItems and change it to something around 15.

To get unlimited cash simply press UP, [, UP, [.

Hack: Money Cheat
NOTE: This involves editing a game file; create a back up copy before going any further.

Use a text editor to edit the *.xml file that corresponds to your saved game name in the directory /john deere american farmer/data/games

The first line in the XML file should resemble 300000 where the number is the amount of money you have. Changing that value will change the money you have in the game. Save the file as XML (not as text) and the effects should be apparent.

Cheat List
Enable console cheats: At your desktop, right click on the Nightfire shortcut and select ”properties”. Edit the target line by adding +console 1 to what the target reads. Using default installation settings, it should read: ”C:\Program Files\EA Games\Nightfire\Bond.exe” +console 1. Then click apply, and simply hit the tilde (~) button to bring up the console in game.

Unlockable: Increased Difficulty
To unlock a harder difficulty that is originally unavailable in the game, complete the game once through on Casual Mode.

Unlockable: Level Select
Get all of the 45 hidden license plates in story mode. Enter Select at the main menu. Alternately, you can enter your profile name as “shaaark” (minus the quotes) while starting a new game to automatically unlock the stages from the get-go.

Unlockable: God Mode

Fast Reload, Damage Bonus and Unlimited Weapons
Go to the options menu and enter your name as “GO POSTAL”. Exit to the Game Select screen and quickly press Control + Right Shift + 8. A cheat menu will appear where you can choose FAST RELOAD, DAMAGE BONUS, and WEAPONS from the options menu.
FAST RELOAD lets you fire missles rapidly. DAMAGE BONUS lets you kill aliens, generators, and vehicles in one shot. WEAPONS gives you unlimited firepower.

Invincibility
Go to the Options menu and enter your name as “LIVE FREE”. Exit to the game select screen and quickly press Control + Right Shift + 8.

Level Select
Go to the options menu and enter your name as “FOX ROX”. Exit to game select and quickly press Control + Right Shift + 8.

Select Plane
Go to the options menu and enter your name as “MR HAPPY”. Exit to game select and quickly press Control + Right Shift + 8.

Target Civilians and Friendlies
Go to the options menu and enter your name as “GODZILLA”. Exit to game select and quickly press Control + Right Shift + 8. You will enter a cheat menu where you can select KILL CIV and KILL WING. These options let you kill civilian ground targets and your wingman.

Tourist Mode
Go to the options menu and enter your name as “TOURIST”. Exit to the game select screen and quickly enter Control + Right Shift + 8. If you did it right, a cheat menu will appear where you can choose CITY, TOURIST, DEMO CAM, and NO TIME.
TOURIST mode removes all aliens from the world. DEMO CAM controls the camera with the joypad. NO TIME removes the time limit.

Unlock All Codes
To unlock all the codes at once, go to options menu and enter your name as “RADARMY”. Exit to the game select screen and quickly press Control + Right Shift + 8. A cheat menu should appear where you can choose all the options
