To always get a better qualifying lap at any track, here are the steps below:

Superspeedways: Make the downforce on the car better in the Garage, it will help get more speed on your laps.

Speedways: Turn the Gear Ratio down a little bit, make the handling better, it will help at any Speedway.

Road Course: Make the handling great! You have alot of turns to work on, it is a big issue there.

Short Tracks: Speed! Make your speed better, the laps are close, and you want to do better.

After defeating a blacklist rival, you may opt to take the pink slip from them. Since the contents of the pink slip is randomized, you should make an effort to save the game before racing a rival — reload the game and restart the race if you get something you do not want.

When approaching an6y roadblock with a heat level greater than four, use the slow-motion effect to avoid spikes strips completely. (Unverified.

Hint: Bounty Increase
You can raise your bounty as much as you want and complete that part of your milestones. First get in a pursuit and then find a ledge (ex. on top of the buses at the bus station) go as closes to the end of the buses away from the up ramp as possible without falling off and without a cop following you up the ramp. Then sit there and watch the cops go crazy. It’s better if your heat is 2 or up as the lower level cops will sometimes lose sight of you and you’ll cool off. At higher levels though the police will hover below you ramming into each other and everything else. This destroys their vehicles which in turn raises you bounty and length of your pursuit. You can sit there as long as you like but check behind you periodically just to make sure one of them hasn’t gotten smart enough to come up the ramp. The highest I’ve gotten off one pursuit is almost 6 million bounty.

Game Pays You Money
Note this hack involves editting a game file, so make a back up before proceeding

Use a text editor to open the cars.* and tracks.* in the game’s directory. Proceed to change all numbers to negative values (i.e., -6000 instead of 6000) so when you unlock the car or track then the computer will pay you the price of the track or car. Be sure to save the file as its original extension.

Hack Out Cars and Tracks
NOTE - The following will alter your game files. It is highly suggested that you make a back-up copy of your files before you alter them beyond all recognition.

You can unlock all the cars and tracks by reducing the price of locked cars/tracks to either 0 or a very low value. To do this, simply use notepad to edit the cars.ini file in the following directory:

You can do the same for the Tracks.ini file in the directory

Cheat: Make Money
If you want to make lots of money easily, try the following multi-step technique. Keep in mind that this can be repeated over and over again for as much money as you want.

1.) Start up the game and load your career profile.
2.) Head to the in-game cheats menu, and insert the UNLOCKALLTHINGS cheat.
3.) With the bonus unlocked, go ahead and save your career.
4.) Reload your career and head to the garage. The code should have unlocked several new, expensive cars.
5.) Sell the bonus cars you received for a quick $90,000+.

Unlockable: Harder Difficulty
To unlock a harder difficulty level than is originally available to you, beat the game once through in its entirety on Hard.

Unlockable: Level Select
For all of the playable characters in the game, a level select option can be unlocked by beating the game with that particular character on the hardest difficulty.

Level Select
When Myth starts up, hold the space bar and click on NEW GAME. You now have access to every level but the secret one.

Level Skip
To skip to the next level, hold CTRL and press “+”.

Secret Level
To enter the secret level, make your way to “The Sons of Myrgard” and kill all the ghouls in the caves. Once that’s done, try to enter the caves. One of them will bring you to “A Long Awaited Party.”

Stronger Footsoldier
To make all footsoldiers stronger, including the enemy’s, type “PizzaParty” while playing.

Cheat Mode
To activate cheat mode, type “BALDRIC” while playing. This will set your score to 0. To use the codes, press any of the following while playing:

LSHIFT-H get maximum health, food, and drink
LSHIFT-K get all keys, except the end tower key

Program the Probe
To successfully program the probe, enter these keys on the probe screen: left, right, down, left, left, down, down.

To continue your game, rapidly press the SPACEBAR as quickly as possible when the score screen appears.

When the opening credits appear, type “AICULEDSSUL”. If you did it right, a tone will sound. When the Acclaim logo appears, press F9 for a special menu.

To fight Jade, work your way to the match before the mystery fight (the one titled “?”). During this battle, defeat your opponent using nothing but low kicks. If you manage this feat you’ll fight Jade in the next battle.

To fight Noob Saibot, get 50 wins in a row.

To fight Smoke, press DOWN + START on the Bridge stage when Dan says “Toasty!”

Bonus Game
Type LOBSTERGIRL at the screen just after you run away to get to the hidden sub-game.

Level Select
Type URANUS at the screen just after you start a new game to travel anywhere immediately.

Go to the options screen. On the bottom of the screen it will say “Cheating Allowed”. Click that for cheating. When that option is on press + or - while you are rolling the dice. If you press + you will go one more space ahead. If you press - you will go back a space.

Type these phrases at any teleport mirror for the desired effect.

LORD XEEN go to Lord Xeen
COUNT DU MONEY go to the dragon’s lair
SHOWTIME go to the end of the game

Easy Money
For a an easier game, enter the password “DOE MIESTER”. You’ll start the game with $2,000,000 and won’t be penaziled if you ask Mr. Wizard for assistance.

Ultimate Power Orb
To being your quest with the King’s Ultimite Power Orb, enter the password “ORB MIESTER”.

View Movies
To view the intros and ending, enter the password 645 for the first half, 231 for the second half, or BLASTOFF to view the endgame.

To increase your altitude BEFORE you’ve taken off, press Y then F4. When you want to stop going up, press Y again.

Try this trick for a quad of Hercs with all the trimmings.
From the main menu, start or resume a campaign. Return to the main menu and select Single Mission. Choose any mission, enter the briefing, and click on Armament. Select a Herc, then return to the briefing and cancel the mission. Resume your campaign and play the first mission, then Save. Load the saved game and you’ll find your Hercs loaded for bear and ready to party.

Extra Cash
For maximum cash, enter an * as the first letter in your name. (i.e., “*Brian”)

Play as Dark Zero
To play as Dark Zero, press the Down and Shoot buttons while choosing Zero.

To use Super RockMan, press “Up” and “Shoot” button when choosing rockman X,it will change a part of purple color. After you got one special equipment, you will change to Super Rockman X4!

Change Mechs
If you’re away from the Mech Plant and you want to change your Mech, here’s how you do it:

Go into the Combat Simulation Chamber and change the Mech to what you want.
Start the Sim and as soon as it’s started, press escape and exit to DOS.
Come back to GBL and you should have the Mech that you chose. This works with all Mechs.

All Spells and Increased Mana
To learn all spells and increase your mana, go to the Magic screen, hold ALT and type “pwr”. Note that the other wizards will gain this advantage as well.

Put Spell Charges on Any Item for Free
When you cast the CREATE ARTIFACT spell,, go to staff, select spell charges, then choose your spell of choice and its power. Afterwards, click on the spell charge option again to delete the spell charge. Then make a weapon as you normally would, but don’t add another spell charge. When your item is created it will have whatever enchantments you gave it plus the spell charge.
With this trick you can have up to FIVE enhancements on a weapon at a time! The only problem is that your hero will only use the spell charges when you hit the “AUTO” button in battle.

Super Powerful Artifacts
When using the ENCHANT ITEM or CREATE ARTIFACT spell you can make a super powerful artifact by naming it, giving it the 4 enchants, and then before you click ok, click on a 5th enchant. It should say you may not have more than 4 enchants on an item. you will notice that the name of the artifact has changed to what the warning said. “no more than four enchantments on an artifact” . Don’t fix the name, and click ok. when the artifact is done you will have a super artifact.¿ note: you should only make one of these artifacts for each hero, or instead of giving maxed out stats it will give 0 stats, taking away what they already had.

View Map
In the Magic screen, hold ALT and type “rvl” to see everything on the map. Be warned: the other wizards will see you as well.

Bonus Game
To play the original Maniac Mansion, go to Wierd Ed’s room and USE the computer five times.

Hold down the control button on the keyboard and click on the empty space in the upper-right corner. You now have a cool secret control panel.

To enable cheat mode, start a new game and stop your carpet. Press I and type “QUICK”, then press Enter. To use a code, press any of the following while playing.

When you customize your character, do as you please until you have 1 point left to allocate for stats, or 1 or 2 left for skills. If you have 1 stats point left go to skills and spend one or two points. Go back to stats and it will say you have zero points. Boost something anyway and you’ll receive more points!

Easy Reload
While playing, shoot any blue emblem to reload your guns. If you’re lucky, you’ll get more ammo than normal!

Kill Mad Dog
When you get to Mad Dog in the final showdown he’ll say,”That’s Bye Good Stranger”. Shoot him in the head before he shoots you. He’ll drop his gun, band reache for his other one. Shoot him in the head again and he will die.

For all weapons and full ammo, type “ammo” while playing.

Defuse the Bomb
Stand next to the bomb, then press the SPACE BAR and watch the lights. Click on the brown wire when the largest light turns on.

Item Find
When unsure whether there is an item you can pick up, press ALT key and move 360 degrees. If you see crosshairs appear on any object which is not an enemy, you know you can pick it up.

Stay as New York Agent J
First, start a new game. Then when game is in progress, hit Esc. and highlite New Game,(Don’t push the mouse button) and type “DOUGMATIC” and the Esc. screen will go off and you can play again. Then, press escape again, and highlite New Game and type in any of the four options below to be New York Dressed Agent J.
Type ARCTIC to go to the arctic as NY Agent J.
Type AMAZON to go to Amazon and be NY Agent J.
Type in FRALES to go to The Estate of Skip Frales and be NY Agent J.
Type in HQ and go to Men In Black Head Quarters and be NY Agent J.

Take Sunglasses On and Off
Press the “G” key when you are an MIB agent. This doesn’t work for Agent Laurel.

Unlimited Power
While playing type MRGOD. The words “Zeus Monte” will confirm the code. Note that your power will still decrease, but when it reaches the bottom it will recharge.

Invincibility
While playing type MRTOUGH. The screen will say “Power Monte Enabled”.

Jump Higher and Swim Faster
While playing type MRPOLO. The screen will read “Olympic Monte Enabled”. You can now jump higher and swim faster.

Slow Motion Fighting
While playing type MRBIONIC. The computer screen should say Million Dollar Monte Enabled. Now whenever you punch or kick you will see it in slow motion.

Spirit Mode
While playing type MRSPIRIT. The computer screen should say Spirit Monte Enabled. Now if you press any of the arrow keys that are on the number pad you will go very fast across the room in different directions. By pressing the forward button you will always go North.

Turbo Mode
While playing type MRSPEED. The computer screen should say Quick Monte Enabled. Now everything will go twice as fast.

When the story introduction appears press high punch, low punch, low kick, high kick, block, block, run, run, block, block. To confirm your correct code you will hear, “You will never win.” Press up when the MK3 logo and cube appears and a question mark will pop up for option menu screen

To play as Smoke, enter 010-696 on the Ultimate Kodes screen.

Press Up, Up, Toward, Toward, Away, Away, Down, Down during startup. You will hear Shao Khan say “Excellent.”

The Black Vice in most verisions is broken; it applys DOUBLE damage whenever you use it.
Get a Black Vice or two, and you’re bound to destroy the bad guys. Add in a couple of Lightning bolt to finish them off, or cards like Wheel of Fortune or Timetwister to bring your opponent back to 7 cards before hitting them for double vice damage

Edit the Computer’s Decks
There is a way to hack into the programming of Magic the Gathering and its expansions.
To do this you must open up a DOS box from windows or begin a DOS session. Then you must switch to whatever directory magic is in (e.g. C:Magic)

Then type “cd programdeck”. Type dir and you will see a list of .dck files that are numbered. If you type edit 0010.dck you will be brought to a screen where the cards in deck 0010 are listed.

The screen should say the creatures name at the top as well as its color. Listed in columns should be the cards’ serial numbers, the amount of each card and the actual name of the card.

To take out the land simply replace the quantity of land with the number 0. Make sure before saving that the total amount of cards in the deck is still at a minimum of 40 cards.

You may change the land in any numbered deck in the same way.

While playing, press Alt-W to instantly win the game

Command-line Codes
Add these codes to the command line when you start your game. For example, to start the game with $99,999 and a map of the track, enter the command MEGARACE MONEY MAP.

Altitude Cheat
To increase your altitude BEFORE you’ve taken off, press Y then F4. When you want to stop going up, press Y again.
Anytime during the game press “y”. You will stop and so will everything. On the top it will say “slew.” Then press either F2 to go forward or back and F1 to stop. Or press F4 to go up or downand F3 to stop. Also when you are in “slew” mode you can the can go forward, back, right left using the arrow keys on the keyboard or the joystick. When you are done press “y” again.

Panning Your View
Here’s how to change your view:

Fly Really Easy
All you do is press (Y) snd then press F4 to do up,F1 to go down and F2 to hover. To go forward press what ever is forward and press left to go left and so on and so on.
